The new Service Manager is a man of his word. He resolved my previous vehicle recall problems and fixed my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. He has restored my faith in Headquarter Nissan.

Horrible!!!! Don't waste your time. Tried to pre approve me as soon as I walked in, and was said to run a soft credit, I go home, check my credit to see they ran two hard inquires on my credit without my permission!!!!! Cause my score to go down!!!!On top of that they were RUDE!!!

Nissan Headquarters Was great in helping me out. Especially Mr.Tim Fair!!! He is by far the best Sales person I've ever met! He took the time to really sit down with me and see what would best suit my needs and most importantly budget! If you need to buy a car go See Mr.Fair and Tell him I sent you!

went in to buy a used car and already was pre-approved through my bank. I wanted to go for a test drive the salesman jumps in the drivers seat and proceeds to drive me in a circle in the parking lot! Then he gets offeneded when I tell him that was not what I considered a test drive. I walked out on him. I guess they are doing pretty good if they can treat customers that way.

Service Dept. not helpful or informative. Showed grease spots on inside roof-car was new- I was told to buy mr clean and clean myself. Person walked away. today I go for oil change and told I needed appt or wait 2 hours. Appts were only for Saturdays I was told before Public should be advised appts needed.

I had an amazing car-buying experience thanks to Reilly Chunn! He was straightforward, courteous, very thorough, funny, and very helpful. I am so happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this dealership and Reilly Chunn to ANYONE wanting to buy a new car!

Run, these people hold fake contest with fake prizes, When it is all just a marketing scheme to get your personal information, than they try to have you hassle your friends. If they do this with a contest, do you really want to take a chance in buying a car from these cons. They will do whatever is takes for a sale.

Went to Columbus to look for a New Car and was not to please with the Sale Team, did not seem to interested in selling a car!
