Originally I had an issue with the way that management was going to handle a situation that I had with damage to my iPad that occurred while they were installing a new battery for me. After talking at length with a gentleman from "upper management", he was able to resolve the issue in a very amicable manner. The local manager of the store in Columbus GA is a fine man who will do whatever he can to assist you in obtaining what you need, or who will help you to get any difficulties resolved. You must present your case HONESTLY and in a rationale and respectful manner. Reputable businesses attempt to offer good quality and good service. I believe that the owner of the BP stores in this area wants to be successful and to offer the best products and best service possible. We simply need to be patient when we encounter difficulties and work to resolve them in a positive win-win manner.

I promised I would write a review about the service a few weeks ago. I have was looking for a battery everywhere and couldn't find it did some research and found that there was a battery plus store here. I'm military and we have one back home but I don't know there was one here. So I called and spoke with Carolyn and she was super sweet. She told me to come by so she could take a look at it at the store and that it closes at 8 and it was about 7 when I called. I called back n spoke with a different lady and she said we would wait for me to get there before she closed. They didn't close the store and waited just for me! We found a solution to my problem and I'll forever be loyal to batteries plus !
