We were visited by AJ from Appliance Solutions
He was very professional and proficient. He called within the time allotted, and was here within 30 minutes of his call. He had all the equipment/tools needed to repair anything on the washer.

Based on the information I had given when scheduling the appointment he also brought potential replacement parts if needed.

He repaired the washer and cleared out any old error codes stored in the memory.

In and out in less than an hour

The last time I had a washing machine issue the repair took 3 visits and a few calls. This was such a refreshing experience.
