The customer service experience I had with the Forest Drive Walmart Store was horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. I spent 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone in electronics and no one ever picked up the phone. When I asked the customer service associate to speak to a manager for assistance, I was put on hold, then hung up on. The next 3 times I tried to call customer service back, they would not answer. I called the Pharmacy to speak to a manager, but the manager never picked up.
