The young ladies in this store, and I use ladies loosely are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. If a customer asks them about the new policy that their parent company has in place they tend to get nasty with them and tell them to read the sign. If you ask them to use the FRN card to purchase the specially marked items in the store they argue with you about you not being able to use them and even if you say ok, they keep going on and on even though the store has a sign out front saying they can be used in store for those items. Sad part is the manager is worse than the others. I have heard her on multiple occasions being disrespectful to customers and talking about them in front of other customers.



I try not to even go in this store because of it. It is getting really old and someone needs to do something about it before they say something to the wrong customer.
