The Prisma Health Bridge Clinic is a short term, low-barrier primary care clinic for patients with active substance use. Our clinic consists of a nurse practitioner, counselor and peer support specialist. Rooted in a recovery-oriented system of care that includes identifying, diagnosing and promoting multiple pathways of recovery, the Bridge Clinic helps patients struggling with substance use to heal and grow in a supportive, understanding environment.
