Customer service is terrible. Once they get your business you can't get a hold of anyone to follow up. I highly regret using them. I am only fearful if we have a break in WILL they be there for us? You get stuck in a 3 yr contract as well which is way too long. Buyer beware of this company. Smooth salesmen then he is out of sight and touch.
