There too busy and can’t handle it . They need to open more restaurants in Lexington,s.c.

My shrimp scampi was so watered down and the three choice entree which we got two sides calamari and the last one stuffed mushrooms. The waitress was awesome. But the calamari was no where near done. Left with my food after it arrived, so I would not upset the others eating. Called the nest day talked to the day manager named Matt he said and he would take care of me. We sat at table 100 and jasmine was my waitress this was olive garden 1231 off of harbison. Note to all Matt did not do anything to help us.

I love olive garden but when we went two nights ago we received the worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to get greeted by our waitess. When food came finally the whole order was wrong. Just awful

My friend and I ate at this location tonight and was appalled by the customer service we received. First after we were seated we waited at least ten minutes before anyone came by to take our drink order. After waitress number 1 finally took it (along with our food order as we sat long enough to decide) we were then greeted not two seconds by two more waiters asking for our drink orders! After receiving our food (which was very good) our actual waitress came by to see what drinks we had. Once she had, she went back to get us refills and when she came back brought the wrong drinks which we didn't comment on she just walked away without a word. The next time she came back to our table was to drop off the check, and when we asked for it to be separated she glared at us and left the table without the check! Overall there seemed to be a lack of communication. There were also two girls sitting at one table that all of the employees seemed to know. There was never a moment where there were not at least two employees talking and sitting at the table with them. You would think that if they all had time to socialize they would actually have time to take care of their customers!

my mother, our friend and i just ate at the olive garden in harbison sc on Thursday 9/13/12 and i must say it was awesome! We've eaten there numerous times but always came for the soup and salad lunch special! We really want to brag about our wonderful waitress TIFFANY whom we extremely enjoyed! we saw a commercial the night before we came about a new soup on the lunch special and before we could even ask about it tiffany in full knowledge suggested we try the new soup and in detail described how great it would be! she definatly knew what she selling to us, and like ALWAYS our food and service was great BUT we appreciated our waitress so much we had to get on here and write a review and let you and her know she made our girls day out very enjoyable! we are definatly requesting her next time! thank you olive garden and Tiffany! :) lauren, kim and tonya!

This is one of the better South Carolina locations. My husband and I love it. The waiters are friendly and do not have the pretentious, holier-than-thou attitude that I have experienced at other locations. They are down-to-earth and friendly without being sloppy. The food is always good.

I would like everyone to know how unfair this place is to their employees. They fired several people for saying the word WHAMMY! That means you got a table that didn't tip! Customers never heard anything! The funny thing is not everyone was fired only a selective few! I think is very unfair to do to people that really need a job! A warning not to use the word would have been right!

Not the best Italian food I've ever had, but overall it is very good quality food for the price. I recommend this place overall.

We love this Olive Garden! The food is always great and they always have awesome service. I have never had any complaints about this resturant other than I do agree with the other raters that they are really, really skimpy on the portions. I have been to other Olive Gardens and this resturant seems to give you alot less than the others.

My family loves eating here. Their chicken parmesan is great and love their salads. I agree with one of the other reviewers here that their portions do seem a bit smaller than they used to be.

The food at Olive Garden is the best anywhere! And the staff is always courteous!

I normally would rate Olive Garden with five stars, but the one in Columbia is a tad skimpy on their food. The food isn't quite as great as other OGs that I've eaten at.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. If I could eat there everyday I would. My kids love the place also. Very family oriented and we all love the salads.

The Olive Garden is a place of great food and welcoming decor. The employees are so friendly. The location on Harbison is convenient. I love the food there. There is nothing I have found I don't like.
