      I went to this Office Depot location with key problems for a file cabinet I had previously purchased. One of the employee's, David, was exceptionally helpful despite the fact that he could not initially help me, but provided excellent suggestions on what I may need to do in order to solve the problem. He later decided to resovle the problems himself while I was at the store- this saved me time and money from having to go elsewhere. This was real customer service!! ----Delbrook
