I bought an indian remy lace wig from an online store. And the online store didnt give me instructions on how to apply the wig. I called them and they would not call me back. I didnt like my service. So I called Natural Wigs and they were so cool. They made an appointment and I came. She showed me how to put my wig on and made me a video of myself. So I can go back to my video when I want to put the wig back on. And she has a salon in the back and she cut and styled my lace wig. Yall it looks like this wig is growing out of my scalp! No more of shopping online for me. Im gonna be a customer for a long time.

Everyone is super kind and understanding! I was losing my hair and wow... I can't thank them enough! They really have private fitting rooms for privacy. But I got so comfortable, I forgot where I was and was walking around in the store with my wig off. The owner has no hair due to alopecia so she made it ok for me to walk around showing my patches.
