- ForeclosureBen N. Miller III was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on January 23, 1946. He attended public schools in Columbia, Duke University (B.S. 1968), and the University of South Carolina Law School (J.D. 1975). He was an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. serving from 1968 through 1972. Following admission to the bar in 1975, he became an associate with the firm and is now a partner. His practice has centered on real estate mortgage foreclosures since 1980, and his practice includes all counties in South Carolina.
