I was very pleased with my first experience of completing the process of publication. Mrs. Smith is very professional and she goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the process (step by step). I was able to ask questions for clarity at anytime and never felt pressured under any circumstances. Overall, I feel that we made a great connection!
