I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE FROM THE REEDS, WITH THE STICKER SAYING POWER WINDOWS AND POWER LOCKS. WELL THE LOCKS NEVER WORKED BECAUSE THE VEHICLE NEEDED AN ACCUATOR, THIS ALSO MEANT MY HATCHBACK COULD NOT LOCK AND MY VEHICLE WOULD ALWAYS BE UNLOCKED IN THE REAR, THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET ONE AND PUT IT IN , WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED, AFTER CHASING THEM, NOT ANSWERING CALLS AND MANY BROKEN PROMISES. I GAVE UP, HAD TO BUY IT MYSELF AND PAY TO HAVE IT INSTALLED, LESSON LEARNED.

I wrote a previous review for Keino's stating how pleased I was with their service. Now I'm retracting that statement. I'm still happy with my purchase, however, upon purchasing the car I was promised that Keino's would replace my brakes b/c I noticed they were bad when I test the car. I purchased my car on 8/8/12. I called Mrs Reed a total of 8-9 times to schedule to have the brakes replaced. When I/my husband spoke to her she promised to return my call(s) once she had spoken with her husband. She never returned our calls. I contacted her again on 9/6/12 and she finally told me to come in the next day. She then called back on 9/7/12 and rescheduled me for 9/10/12. I took work and went to Keinos at the scheduled time. Once there I called Mrs. Reed who told me to come back at 5 pm. At 4 pm she texted me canceling the appt and said she would reschedule. On 9/11/12 she sent a text telling me to take the care to Precision Tune. After a month of giving me the run-around my brakes are fixed.

I recently purchased a car from Keino's. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service that I received. The owners were very nice, helpful, honest, and reasonable.

Great experience, was there when they said they would be, serviced vehicle and cleaned it to showroom condition. Family owned and operated business. Provided vehicle at an honest price. Was true to their word, very helpful discussing financing options and warranty information, even called my insurance company for me.Correctly provided all the necessary paperwork including carfax history with no pressure, no haggling and the best deal in the area.The car is great and the service and professionalism was awesome
