Jonathan H came by for our 6-month check-up today and did a great job, as always. He is familiar with our system and our house, so he is able to give us very precise recommendations. I appreciate the fact that Kaminer employees always take care to put protection over their shoes to protect their customers' carpets. Not all businesses do that, and it can leave a mess.

Kaminer has been a joy to work with for our heating and cooling needs. They are prompt in calling to schedule maintenance visits and even give a reminder call. They also call the day of your scheduled service to notify you when your technician is on the way. Travis Mitchell, the service pro, has come to our home a few times now and is always so pleasant. He is very polite and easy to talk to. He interacts well with my children and I feel very comfortable with him in my home. Kaminer installed heating and cooling unit a few years ago , I have the maintenance agreement and have never had a problem. They call me when the time is due for the system maintenance to be done and send a technician. They always arrive on time and do what I think is a good job. Walt, the field supervisor, has checked the unit several times and goes the extra mile make sure everything is in good working order and lets me know if there is anything that needs attention.
