I located this dealer via the internet as I live over 100 miles away. After checking with local dealers in person and then speaking with Gary (owner of Holiday on Wheels) over the phone, I knew right away that I wanted to deal with Holiday on Wheels. I had only come to know of this dealership via the internet; however, I was so impressed with the service that I received over the phone, I placed a phone order with them and did not go to the dealership until my camper came in five weeks later! Once I arrived at Holiday on Wheels to pick up my camper, I could not have been more impressed! John was a complete professional when it came to going over all of the features of my new camper. He went into detail explaining everything that one would need to know. He also offered to be of service once we were home or even years down the road. Kelly had all of the paperwork ready to sign and the entire process took less than five minutes. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership!

I called the service department to get warranty work done on my camper. The service department told me that I would be at the end of the line because I did not buy from them, which was fine with me. He called back a short time later and said they would not do ANY work on my camper. A reputable dealer would have done the work and built a better customer relationship. Why they would turn away any potential work is beyond me, I guess they do not need the business. I understand that RV dealers are not obligated to perform warranty work on your camper if you did not buy it from them, but most will. When my warranty is out I will be a paying customer and they will not be on my list of dealers. I had my camper repaired somewhere else, so problem solved for me. In the end, I lose nothing. As military a member that moves often, we will not always be near the dealer we bought our camper from. So, thanks for your not so great service.

Owner became irate. I stopped in, inquired about a camper, and told him I had a quote from another dealer. All I was doing was a little price matching, the owner became irate and irrational. He was two thousand five hundred off, could not match and said if I buy from someone else do not bring the camper here for any warranty work. He also told me that the quote was not true. I told him to call the other dealer and I also had an email with the price quote but he still did not believe me. If he had been nice, just chilled out and told me this was the best he could do I would have bought from him. The other dealer is out of town so buying from him saves me a several hours of driving. All I can say is road trip and his lose. Owner, relax, chill out and you will get more business.
