      Heyward and Woodrum, Ltd., is a small, "hands-on" architectural firm with a 45 year history of successful service to a wide variety of clients for all types and sizes of projects ranging from residential to commercial airport terminals and corporate headquarters. Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines are provided through leading independent consultants. This team is experienced in all aspects of architectural service including design, construction documents, and contract administration on traditionally bid projects, negotiated projects, and fast-tracked projects. Because the firm does not specialize in any one specific type of architecture, each project is approached with a fresh outlook and new solutions. A large part of the success of the firm is to the reputation built providing service to clients during the contract administration phase of the project. A thorough review of shop drawings, pay applications, change orders, and attention to the Work are hallmarks of this service.
