I reserved a mid-sized car, but they rented my car. They would not honor my reserved price. Then I spent 25 minutes on hold with a woman halfway around the world who could not help me, but she was happy to file a complaint for me. When I asked for her supervisor, she put me on hold, again, and then came back on herself. Neither the guy behind the counter nor the foreign lady seemed to care that I had exclusively used Hertz for years or that I would not use them again, ever. When I called the location to speak with the manager to make sure my reservation was cancelled with no charge, the guy behind the counter told me the manager was out u til tomorrow, Tuesday. So disappointed and angry. Bye Bye Hertz!
