Cooperative Health is a nonprofit, community health center that offers primary health care services to families of the Midlands of South Carolina. For more than 30 years, ECCHC has served patients in Columbia, South Carolina and throughout Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, and Newberry counties. ECCHC provides accessible, high quality, compassionate health care in the spirit of the Good Samaritan. Those who are insured, uninsured, or underinsured are all welcome, and assistance programs are available to help you get the care you deserve. This health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility. Cooperative Health medical services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of everyone in our community – all ages, all backgrounds, and all abilities. The Cooperative team includes more than 50 highly qualified providers who specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral medicine, dental, and more.
