Sadly the review from 2010 doesn't seem to apply anymore. Dr. Newkirk is not at CENTA. Neither are most of the doctors and audiologists on their website. They're all gone. The place seems to be falling into disrepair under new management.

We are new clients this year, and are very pleased with the service we have received. My mother is 94 and has difficulty making her body do what she wants. The staff at the Richland location seem to look for opportunities to be helpful! There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. In fact, we had to ASK if we could buy an aid. Dr. Newkirk was extremely nice and patient in dealing with "this old lady" as Mother describes herself.



Only one complaint - getting through the door with a wheelchair is very difficult. And they are stuck with a tiny, triangular shaped waiting area that is also a real challenge to a wheelchair patient. But it was worth the inconvenience to work with these wonderful people.
