I spoke with several AC companies when I needed to replace my unit. Air Necessities took the most time with me and my dad, who was helping me, answering questions, discussing options, etc. I am extremely pleased with the quality and price of my unit, the financing options and the installer. I would definitely recommend!
They installed a Kohler generator at my house and stayed with it until the circuit board worked properly. I just signed up for the annual HVAC contract for service. Would recommend.

This company went above and beyond to help me and my family with our recent purchase and install of a new system. They were professional, courteous, prompt, and clean. The American Standard brand that we purchased has been great!!!!
I have had the most horrible experiences with Air Necessities! Their technicians just do not know how to do their work! I am sitting here in the cold with a furnace that doesn't work after it has just been checked upon. The worst!
Air Necessities is a excellent company! I had heating issues recently & the technician was very knowledgeable & even arrived on time which was a plus. The prices are also reasonable compared to other company's. I would recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the great work.
I called with no heat at 2 pm on a sunday and it was very cold they got someone out by 3 and i had heat by 3;30. Great service and very nice service techs. i will alway use them from now on!
my heating system went out at 10pm and Air Necessities came out saved me from freezing! These guys are great and offer resonable prices and awesome customer service. I would definetly recommend them to everyone.
