My boyfriend had 1 day shipping through Amazon. Since we wer both at work they took the package back to the access point. He now can't get his package until his next day off because their hours are 9-10 and 5-6 Monday through Friday and they're closed on the weekend. We both work 9-6. How do people get their packages if they work 9-6 Monday through Friday with those hours? Those hours aren't ideal for anyone. Why would you keep someone's package when they paid extra for 1 day shipping?

They are delivering my package before I can even get home. I have requested that hey leave at the depot when they need a signature, but I cant get them to do that either.

I wanted to follow up on the review I posted on 6/5 regarding the 2 occasions. I called that day to schedule a pick up and they told me I couldn't pick it up until after 7pm when the driver returns or Monday. I calmly told them what happened and they were very nice and apologetic. We set up the 2nd delivery attempt for Monday. Later that evening I took my dog for a walk and when I returned the package was at my home that same day. I am happy the driver came back by versus waiting the entire weekend. Customer service was good overall despite the incidents.

OK...so on 2 occasions now the delivery person has "attempted to deliver," took our packages with him and left a note that "we missed them." WE WERE HOME BOTH TIMES! Our front door was never knocked on. We have a dog that never barked. They are going around the side of the house to our garage door and leaving the notes. We are so frustrated with this that when I get off work early- inconvenience #1, to drive myself to their facility- inconvenience #2, that is indeed open for 2 whole hours a day- inconvenience #3 maybe I can try and straighten this out with them.

I was nervous after reading so many bad reviews, but the service was quick (package pickup). The small hours of operation are inconvenient, but I was able to pick up my package in under 5 minutes (waiting in line included.)

They are open a whopping 2 hours a day. 9-10 and 5-6 WOW! Good luck if you EVER have a package on hold at this location, don't expect a quick transaction. The line starts forming at 4pm. Just awful.

I received a shipment of chocolate covered berries with label instructions to ring the bell. No bell was rung. I don't know how long the package sat at my door but when I discovered it, the ice was melted and the berries soft.
