My house was built by them three years ago. Unsupervised subcontractors, poor workmanship, they tore up the land in our neighborhood so bad that the entire block has had flooding and erosion issues. Put a crumbling sidewalk in that looks like a four year old's work. Countertops are separating. Left dead trees all over our property, and good luck getting them to come back and perform warranty work or finish work that they promise. I still have huge dead stumps that were ripped out of the yard laying in my yard. As soon as you close they're gone. Buyer beware; they will make all kinds of promises but will not come back and finish the work!

My house was built by Timber Ridge Builders Inc less than 4 years ago and it has flooded 3 times! The plumbing running from my house to the city drainage was laid incorrectly causing the water to flow back to my house and flood my basement, which caused me a lot of money in floor replacement and personal belongings.
