I was very pleased with the service I received at Kia of Columbia. When I called for an appointment, Cole Moore, was the gentleman that took my call. He assured me that it would be no problem if I brought my car in. He greeted me at the door and I recognized his name from our phone call. Cole took my info and showed me to the waiting room where there was snacks and drinks waiting for customers. After some time passed, Cole came back and checked on me and told me they were almost done with repairs. He explained everything to me and gave me options for future repairs. All together it was a great experience.

Last year I bought a new 2014 Kia Rio. The sales person was awesome and the service department got my car ready for me quickly, even though they were busy. I have 28,000 miles on it now, have not had a bit of trouble and absolutely love it. I also get between 35-40 mpg which I'm thrilled about. Why is this car such a secret? I was comparing it against, pricewise, a Chevy Spark. That car is a small, gutless, toy compared to the Rio 4 door! Thanks for selling me this wonderful car!!!!!!!
