I purchased a title policy from this company when I purchased my home. Later I discovered a problem with work that had been done and not paid for prior to my taking ownership. I filed a claim with them and they denied it based on a bunch of garbage that was in there title report. Stay way from this title company the policy they issue is for there benefit not yours. Its worthless.... After this whole process began I checked with the Missouri Insurance Commissioners office and found they have been fined for similar violations in the past. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
