One is the lowest star they could received, but they do not deserve that. This company is horrible. The father left it to his children and they have ruined his poor name and hard work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are very quick to take your automatic payment, but they will not provide the services. On 3/9/17 our trash was out at 7:30 a.m. The trash was never picked up. I contacted them on 3/10/17 and they told me the driver was by our house at 12:30 and the trash was not out. I was accused of lying to them. I then gave them the address to check on pickup on the same route and I was told the pickup was at 12:15. However, they were physically seen by the resident picking up the trash at 3:15. There were excuses made for that. On a minimum of 10 occasions we have not had our trash picked up. When they were training new drivers and they forget, the owner used to come. However he should be ashamed of what his children have done to his business. 6 years we were with them. Never missed an automatic payment, was promised credits when they missed the pickups and nothing. We will be discontinuing service as well as the majority of individuals on our route. It is slowly falling apart for them. There are also individuals who worked for them who never received a paycheck. This company is terrible. Do not do business with them.

I would think twice about using this company yesterday was probably the 10th time in the past year that they have not picked up our trash (bill is paid) so I called to complain only to have a very rude women call me a lier.

Their trash truck spilled piles of glass all down our road, everywhere they stopped to pick up trash. Multiple people called and complained. Their response was they were going to nothing about it. Big enough prices to puncture tires. I will no longer go with this company and let everyone I know the same.

We used this company for years.Within the past couple of years, driver was very rude and wouldn't speak even when spoken to. I complained about it to no avail. Trash cans disappeared. I complained about it to no avail. Guy I usually talk to was great but gal in office always had an excuse. This summer we had another problem and I said that was it. Don't tell me you are going to do something and then don't do it. Do not use this company.

Poor customer service and very rude. Make sure you read the other reviews on this site before looking at the overall star rating. 3 of the 5 star reviews were left by the same person on the same day. Most of the legitimate reviews are from people that aren't happy.

I've had this company for a couple years. I wouldn't get trashed picked up for a couple weeks at a time. I would try and call them but no one would pick up. I couldn't ever get anyone to call me back, when I was able to leave a message. I have always paid my bill on time. I moved a couple months ago and the service got even worse. I had to call them over 3 times because they never came to my new address that I updated with them over 4 times. The people became rude with me. The customer service got even worse. I have never felt the need to write a review on any thing until now. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! I have never been talked to so disrespectful by not just the employers but also the owner of the company. I was called by the owner saying my trash would be picked up for the first time in 2 weeks of no pick up on Saturday. They never showed. HORRIBLE Company!!! I've since found lots of people that have had the same problem with not getting piked up and being disrespected by them!

I am a new customer that has been shafted by this company by the lady at the office and the owner. For one they are telling me that there is nothing they can do to get me trash service today even though it was their fault that the truck didn't come today and when asked to talk to owner I was told no because he needs family time too. All the while I have been talking with them about when my services will start and it's next week on the 5th of September so that means another week of hot smelly trash in my house and to boot they are going to charge me extra to have it picked up because it's over there limit. Their customer service is non existent and I'm about to write a post to the news and have it brought out to the public and see how they like being treated like the way they just treated me

They did fine for awhile. However they stopped picking up I thought maybe i was late paying and i wasn't. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have tried calling them over and over with no success. I'm done and I wouldn't recommend you start with these guys.

I live in the country and have found them responsive and easy to work with, especially since they have someone now staffing the office.

I have used AAA Waste Management for years. We are out in the country and they have never missed us. They are very easy to work with if you have large items to dispose of and never overcharge like other companies we have used.

I have used AAA Waste Management for years and they have provided exceptional service for my Residential regular waste pickup. In addition, I have had them bring out a small dumpster for "Fall Cleaning" and they have been timely and very polite everytime I have had converstation with them. They have my highest recommendation!

They rock. They always pick up my trash have never missed me and are easy to work with.
