I recently moved here the units are spacious for the price/area. The only problem is an abundant of roaches just fumigate before you move into units. The office is responsive to your maintenance requests however your fellow tenants may not be as clean as you... here lies the infestation problem. This may just be in my building. The grounds are kept up with, no trash thrown around the noises are minimal, not a lot of parking but if you get home early enough you can get a space near your unit.
