We bought a play set from the Chantilly, Virginia store. They have a wonderful product, but good luck resolving issues after you purchase the product. The company delivered the wrong color slide for us. We have written instructions (via email) stating the color slide we wanted. When the installers arrived with the wrong color slide, we immediately contacted PNL and they said "no problem", we'll order the correct color slide. Now, 6 weeks later, they are saying we are out of luck and we need to complain to the sales person. We are ready to contest the credit card charge (so never pay with a check) to resolve the issue. Extremely poor customer service, particularly for a product which was over 8K.

Buyer beware! Don't spend your money at this store location. Management needs to learn customer service skills. They sell defective and damaged merchandise, replacement parts are difficult and timely to get replaced. Management and staff make extremely poor judgement calls. The staff jumped and damaged our 6 foot privacy fence, trespassed on our property, and had the audacity to yell at us when we questioned their judgement about their inappropriate behavior. After spending over $7,000 on playground equipment from this store, I expected management to use wiser judgement. This company is destined to go out of business and rightly so.
