Specialized Recovery for Multi-Sport Lifestyles! Nic Ebright combines 9 years of practice (Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention/Rehab & Health Coaching,) to provide specialized massage therapy that enhance healing, restores function and improves athletic performance. Nic trains with, participates with and supports fellow athletes in the community. Having participated in several running, cycling and triathlon events you can trust when he says, Ive been there before, and I know where it hurts. Whats Plantar Fasciitis? Achilles Tendonitis? Runners Knee? Sciatica? Neck and Back Pain? There are an ever-growing number of people in Howard County taking part in multi-sport lifestyles. United with the increasing intensity of training and competition, the demand for information on injuries and effective recovery methods are just as high. Nic Ebright LMT, CES holds Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and is currently working on a second degree in the field of Nursing while also working at Howard County General Hospital. While at the University of Maryland, he completed a 3-year Athletic Training student internship in the Sports Medicine Department serving the Men's and Women's soccer, Women's lacrosse and Football team. Over the next 6 years he would professionally develop his expertise in Speed and Conditioning, Physiology Testing, Health Coaching and Massage Therapy.
