Ellen G. Spencer, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has been in private practice since 1990 with a concentration (although not exclusively) in all aspects of family law. Courtroom experience includes divorce, custody, child support, visitation, alimony, adoption, guardianship, name change, grandparents custody, modifications, protective orders and criminal defense. Ms. Spencer is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, a past President of the Howard County chapter of the Womens Bar Association of Maryland, and a former Board President of the National Family Resiliency Center.
