I have recently had a considerable amount of work done on my 2007 Saturn at this location. Prior to Jeff Schwinghammer working on the car I was at a point where I did not trust the workmanship and was considering not returning to this location for work. Jeff took over and has performed above and beyond what I would have expected to remedy the issues I had, he truly is customer service oriented and does not just give lip service he does the work. Because of his committment to make my experience a postive one I have no reservations about going back to that location, the only reservation I have is I would only have Jeff either do the work or supervise the work. Jeff is truly a dedicated employee who knows what customer service is all about.

Best place to go if you want someone to work well with you.. Been here several times and the kids are amazing!!! The reason I say this is that after I went on a test drive with my regular tech.. he realized not even a block away my rotor was shot and walked me through it. swerved the wheel and was mad at the fact that it wasn't perfect. Told me exactly what I needed to make it perfect.. and went above and beyond what I had asked.. Nice to see a mechanic take pride in his work and not beat around the bush.. If you saw his reaction you wouldn't take your vehicle any place else.. thanks for the great experience.
