When we first visited this store in 2001 after we moved to Monument, we knew we had found a superb store and great friends. The staff has changed over the years but each new employee has been so friendly and helpful. The owners always seem glad to see us and they or their staff always answer our birding or product questions with ease. Sometimes we go to WBU to shop for gifts during the holiday season or for birthdays, etc. They have many nonbirding gifts as well for the home and yard. The store is always full of new feeders and accessories and lots of new seeds and suets to try. There's always something new for the birds and for your home and yard. This is a wonderful store with great products and friendly people! They stand behind everything they sell.
