I THINK THEY DESERVE STARS FROM OTHER COMPLIMENTS WITH TINTS' JOBS.
BUT WITH WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT .... OH MAN, THEY DID NOT DO ANY GOOD.
MY ADVISE IS DON'T GO THERE FOR WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT.
I COULD GO ON DETAILING BUT JUST FYI ! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED ON WINDSHIELD REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.

I have heard allot of good things about this shop and when I got my new outback they where the first people I called. They had a coupon listed for $30 off window tint and clear bra. I got both they gave me what I felt was a great deal and the work was done right, I have to say the staff there is truly professional and kind and I have never experienced customer service this good. I highly recommend if you live in Colorado Springs and you need tint or clear bra these guys are the best around.

I have used touch of shade for tint on several of my cars and I can say every time the job was done right there is not anywhere else I would take my car. They really do good work and have good pricing that keeps getting better every time I come back. They are the best in this town.

Response to windshield review, T.O.S can not be liable for the unfortunate luck of getting a broken windshield in Colorado. I spoke with this customer when he came to my shop and showed me what happened. It was not a warranty issue and none of the alleged problems were mentioned or obvious. It was not until the customer decided to NOT return because he felt we must have used cheap glass (not an option we only use OEM glass) My competitor cut his car and then blamed us to cover their mistake. The glue from the original glass T.O.S changed was a 100% removed and all channels where primed. The cut lines that he accused us of matched perfect with the glue that was present during removal and install by my competitor and made it 100% with out a doubt that all cuts had occurred during the install by my competitor who even cut the rain sensor wire. T.O.S is known for quality work and customer service this person refused to listen to the facts that where so obvious.

Touch of Shade changed our windshield and two days later we got a crack in it. We had noticed the automatic windshield wipers weren't working so we decided to take it to our insurance's recommended glass repair shop. When we did we found out Touch of Shade used to much glue and ruined our side panels so they need replaced and had also cut the rain sensor wire, which has to be repaired by the dealer. When we went back to Touch of Shade they refused to take any responsibility for the damage and argued it was the other shops fault. If you're looking for dependable work Touch of Shade is not the glass repair shop you want to work with.

my windshield had been replaced previously. the molding had been glued to the glass, instead of the molding being reattached with the rivets. this resulted in an extra 2 hours of work for these guys just to remove the old windshield. they did not charge me any extra labor, honoring their original quote. they also did a great job cleaning and repairing my headlights. i will be bringing all of my cars here when in need of glass work.

The guys at Touch of Shade really care about the work they do. I was very pleased with the customer service and how nice the waiting area was. I personally feel they are the best window tint shop in Colorado springs.

Murray did such a good job making sure I got the right tint job. He gave me all the answers and in the end my car looks great.

Thank you Touch of Shade. I just got stationed here in Colorado Springs a few months ago. I am from out east where you cannot tint your car very dark but here in Colorado I can see why everyone says its needed. After calling all the tint shops in town Touch of Shade seemed to be the most professional shop. If you want to know where to go for tint in Colorado Springs I would have to recommend Touch of Shade.

I went in to have my windshield replaced on Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon. Murray told me his cut off time was 11:00 A.M. in order to have a windshield delivered to install that same day. He made a few phone calls and to my surprise said he was having a windshield delivered and they would start on my car right away. While I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced I was educated about the difference in quality of work by a small Ma and Pa type shop like Touch of Shade that cares, compared with the big companies that employ many people who drive around in Vans and have large quotas to fulfill. They took there time and did a great job. They have a nice showroom with a computer I used to google restaurants in the area. It was my only day off so I walked across the street ate a nice lunch and even did a little shopping. I'm not going to take any chances with my families safety. I recommend TOS to anyone. I already made an appointment to have my windows tinted.

Great job on my 96 Honda. This car's been great to me, I didn't really want to trade it in just yet, it only has 82,000 miles! My window tint was all purple and getting blurry. Touch of Shade told me they could get that Nasty Purple tint off and retint the car and Boy, did they! Wow what a difference! I almost feel like a schmuck for driving around all these years with this ugly non masculine tint on my car. These guys have my recommendation! A

Touch of Shade Tint did an AWESOME job on my clear bra! You almost can't even tell it's there. While they were doing the hood, they even told me about protecting my doors and mirrors. I really liked the old neighborhood Ma and Pa feel of the shop. It's a warm, clean and bright atmosphere. They're high tech but you can tell they care about their customers. They have my vote!

I've had my windows tinted before by another individual here in the Springs area, and James' work far out performs any other shop I've ever been in! His place is open, clean and very "female" friendly. His work is outstanding and he's a very courteous young man. I appreciate his professionalism and his "strait shooter" approach. I'd recommend him to family, friends, and stragers! Thanks again James!!
