Top Gun Restoration has replaced carpet, vinyl flooring and has refinished hardwood floors in several rental units I own. I was really surprised at their prices - they installed much better quality flooring than I was getting from "other" big stores in town, at about the same price! Plus their service was much better and it's obvious they are very customer-centric. Take it from a very happy customer - give Top Gun Restoration & Cleaning a try & I know you'll be a customer for life!
I am so pleased with the results you achieved on my cream-colored carpet! The carpet cleaning made a dramatic difference. It looks like new. One thing I'd like to make special note of is the care that the carpet cleaners took not to damage my furniture, walls, and other floor surfaces. It was such a relief to see that my home was treated with this kind of care.
