Best service ever

The used car department, Kerri Hill in particular, was fabulous. Kerri knew her stuff, showed me exactly what I wanted and got me into the truck I wanted. I love my truck and my experience at Faricy Boys was excellent!

Faricy Boys were great, I live in Washington state and drove down to Col. Springs because it was the best deal on the western side of the country for the specific type of truck I was looking for. Truck came as described, clean inside and out. Tom and Shannon were very accommodating and put up with my seemingly hundreds of phone calls about every particular. I will consider The Faricy Boys down the road for my next rig.

We purchased a Jeep Liberty from Kelly just two months ago and were very pleased with the entire experience as well as the vehicle. When we decided we needed to trade in a second car for another new car, we immediately thought of Kelly and headed to Faricy Boys. She remembered us right away and was excited to have us back. Within a short amount of time, she was able to help us determine our trade-in value as well as which vehicle met our needs. We left after just a couple of hours with our new Chrysler 200. I was greeted within 10 minutes with no expectations from the sales guy. We ended up working with 2 different people and they were both great at answering all of our questions. They really tried hard to work with me and what I wanted my payments to be. I would recommend going to Faricy Boys if you are looking for a car!

Had a great car buying experience with the Faricy Boys! Normally that experience leaves much to be desired. Our salesman, Marc Wilson was what brought us back to the dealer after shopping and resulted in our purchase of a new Jeep. SCD

This is the second jeep I purchased from Faricy. I had a scheduled appointment to see a Liberty, but when I arrived no one was available to assist me. I was then assisted by a gentlemen who explained to me that he was with another customer and he would be back to assist me. Some time lapsed, I then asked for Kelly, who had helped me with the first vehicle. After that, things were better. It appeared that although I had an appointment, no one knew I was coming, and seemed disorganized.
