      Went in yesterday and had a good experience...went back today and was treated horribly. Staff member was rude and actually refused to help me. Lost my business forever as I will never return.

      They have a lot of stuff there, but didn't seem friendly like they say in the ad. I asked the older guy (probably the owner) about a problem with a wheel. He asked if I had built the wheel and then just said OH! and went on to someone else. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I was buy parts from them to fix it and I have built a lot of wheels before. Bicycle shops are often condecending to thier customers. If they arn't going to help, it's easier to just order stuff online

      Ted's Bicycles in Colorado Springs, CO, we carry all styles and levels of bikes. From Kid's, BMX, road, mountain, downhill, cross country, hybrid, comfort, tandems, adult and children's three-wheelers and more. We also service all levels and brands of bikes. Brands we carry: Giant, Diamondback, GT, FIT, Eastern, and Raleigh. Our service staff is professionally trained to work on all makes and models of bicycles, not just the ones we sell. Whether it's a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job. When you bring in your bike for service, we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that will be needed. One of our service pros will discuss the problem with you and will carefully explain what work should be done, always respecting your choices and your budget. Getting ready to ride and discovered a flat tire? Hit a pothole and your rim is out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will and if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. Come in or call so we can get your repair or adjustment completed for you and get you back on your bike.
