I recently had a terrible experience with this company. My computer needed a new power supply and other work done. The repair was initially underquoted and work that he said was done was not done. The company kept my computer for over a week and numerous call were unreturned resulting in my going to his home to pay his wife to retrieve the computer from his basement. Not even a call from the owner to apologize for the inconvenience. When the computer stopped working again several weeks later, I discovered a rat's nest of wires and work that he stated he had done NOT DONE. When I called to complain he refused to refund any of the money paid for the so called "repair". I would not use Techie Guys again.
