Had a tour a few years back with a young man by the name of Zeke. A very cordial man; quite controlled and knowledgeable in his duties and admiration of his job. He had plenty of respect for his peers which was obvious in my observations. Great eye contact, demonstrating his sincere intent for me to understand, duplicate and appreciate his job knowledge and the history of Taylor Farms. I tour companies and analyze data of that whom provides the tour and in my records over the past ten years, your company stands out as one of the highest ranking corporations. From this I am able to evaluate, document, and provide quality improvements in my own job. I came in anonymously, and walked out pleasantly surprised; as he stated he had only been on the job a year.
