I'm renting out my townhouse at Lexington Park. Called my insurance company (USAA) and asked for insurance coverage. They gave me an estimate and suggested I contact the HOA for rebuild cost to be more accurate. I called the HOA, they told me to contact Linda Kruger at Six & Geving. Tried calling Linda, kept getting her voice mail. I left a detailed voice mail with my name, address, and stated that I needed an estimate for a rebuild cost. Finally got a call from Linda's assistant, who asked me for my height, weight, blood type, social security number, ...., then quoted me a price for insurance coverage. I explained I just need rebuild cost. The assistant said, "Oh, I need to go back and talk to Linda". Never got a call back, yet. I get the impression their employees don't communicate with each other or their [prospective] customers. Their quote was cheaper, but I'm more inclined to stick with USAA.

Six and Geving insurance not only helped us save money, they helped us find a top-rated insurance carrier that offered our business and our commercial property more complete protection. Year after year for the past 10 years they shop the major insurance companies for us to find the best value and best protection for our business. I would highly recommend Six and Geving to any business, any size with any type of insurance need.

Major lack of information, Not very helpful at all, Twice the price as other companys with no explanation why.

Wanting to get the best business rates available in our area and support local businesses, I called Art at Six & Geving Insurance to start the process of getting insurance. What I found at this insurance agency was a cold, distant salesman who would rather not talk and get aquainted but would rather I just fax him the information needed. Wanting to get to know the business, I persisted in giving him all the information that was required on the phone. His response was one syllable grunts and obvious want to get off the phone. He said he would be back to me with a quote on our 7 vehicles and home quote. I haven't heard from him or the company and doubt that I ever will. So much for trying to keep it local.
