First of all, let me me provide a few links to give you an idea of what others on the internet are saying about this horrible evil business owned by Terry Regan aka Terrance Ragan.

Most of the employees are rude and uncompassionate as well.
It's beyond me how such a business and group of people are put together. It seems he has a way of screening certain types of employees or getting rid of ones that show any kind of compassion of care about good customer service.

I'm so sorry I ever learned of this place to move in. I was in rush, and didn't even bother to do research about the place/company before moving in.
