We specialize in a variety of Osaka style kitchen meals as well as Tokyo style sushi. Also offered is a Mongolian BBQ that is quick and very tasty. Miyaki Sushi & Mongolian BBQ is a family owned and operated facility that is conveniently located in Colorado Springs. We offer a variety of the freshest fish around. Come by and try the RIB EYE Steak Teriyaki. Chef Jon Yi was born and raised in Worcester, MA. He moved to Seattle where he began his training in the art of sushi. Upon moving to Colorado in 2008 he fell in love with the scenery and the four seasons that reminded him of his hometown. He reopened the closed doors of Miyake with his mother in March 2009. He serves a variety of Tokyo style sushi and delicious rolls while his mother prepares Osaka style entrees in the warm atmosphere of Miyake.
