LaVida Massage of Colorado Springs is a woman and veteran owned business. Owner, Monique Walkes, served 22 years in the United States Navy. She has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Enterprise Information Systems. Monique is very excited to serve the Colorado Springs area and looks forward to what this new adventure in her life will bring her.
