They did a good job on my nails. But it took over 2 hours just for a fill and 1 solid color polish. They said they could see me when I walked in, and had someone take my polish off and I had to wait for the other technicians that could do acrylic to finish. Which is fine, I understand especially since I was a walk in. And they only had 3 people working. They proceeded to keep taking more costumers that wanted acrylic nails, and 2 of those people got up and walked out. Then the owner was bouncing between me and another lady and answering calls. She was scheduling people appointments on the phone while doing our nails (not looking at the schedule) maybe she has it memorized? Also was telling a client she she wasn't going to pay her rent on her current home so she could buy a house. I don't know, just seemed then like desperate for money more than trying to do a good job. Just my opinion though. My nails turned out good, but not for over 2 hours. Not sure making an appt.matters either.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails! This is more than a nail shop, It's an experience!!!!
