We scheduled an inspection and on afternoon of the last business day before the inspection, right before a holiday, the company sent an email cancelling the inspection because they decided it was out of their service area. They didn't even bother to make a courtesy call letting us know so we could arrange to get someone else. Not a professional company and I would not recommend them under any circumstance. Very unhappy.
They were very professional and yet still friendly and nice. I thought they did a complete inspection of the property. I was very satisfied with their service.

Scott is a great home inspector! We are first time home buyers and he made the process so easy. He has great attention to detail and was very thorough with our home. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again.
