I wonder if the guy in the previous review is nothing more than a compulsive whiner? I have taken my Harleys to Bryan for years and have never had an issue as discussed by this other guy. He always has given me a quote for the work I need done and has always been within that quote. If there has been an issue with something unforeseen, I get a phone call. Hawgs stands behind their service, no questions asked. They will go out of their way to even save you some some bucks when they can. I have never had any kind of damage done to any of my bikes, so saying that, I can not say what would be the out come if they did cause some damage. I have had everything from light bulbs replaced to having the motor removed and sent to Harley for a remann. As far as the whiner above, I'm sure they don't want your business so take it to one of those inferior competitors so you can really find out what it is like to get screwed. Before you try to say I have connections with Hawgs, I don't !!!
