Dont get me wrong there are some good qualities but not many. They let you see a model but not the actual unit you're renting until the lease is signed. My unit looked like nothing had been done after previous tennants moved out! Horribly stained carpets, drwaers falling apart, missing and damaged screens, even what appeared to be a "sagging" ceiling. Most nieghbors were pleasant, were a couple that made it miserable (didn't have to call police or anything, just unpleasant). Covered parking farther away than guest and so small you would rather park in guest anyway plus other people park in your space. Gated community or "controlled access"? Yeah right! Gates broken and not used for WAY too long. If you advertise that then you think you would fix immediately when broken not months and months after. I could go on forever. Like I said, there a few good things but the bad out weigh the good by far. I would not recommend to anyone unless they didn't care, just needed cheap place!
