      Do not go to this doctor. He will give you a high greedy bill for anything he does. If you do not believe me go and use him. $600.00 for an test. Greedy and absurd!

      Dr. Dugan is amazing! He and his staff are so knowledgeable and take such great care of my Charlie. He is not cheap, but when it comes to eye care you get what you pay for! I highly recommend Eye Specialists For Animals and Dr. Dugan.
