Dr Bro is wonderful. He really explained what was going on and how the laser vision correction affected my eye sight. I also thought the optomap technology was helpful. I had no problems the first time I went but the second time I went they told me I had a balance on the account after I had already paid in full. I figured it was a typo and so they agreed to check it out and call me back. It turns out that they had entered the charges incorrectly and expected me to pay the difference. I told them that it was not my error but they were insistent and would not admit any fault. I will not be going back.

I bring my family here and compared to other optometrists, they have the best customer service. The doctors and the opticians know what they are talking about and don't push products on you. I feel comfortable talking to them about the health of my eyes and possibly getting LASIK surgery.
