I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 20 years. I believe the one thing that has brought me success as a Realtor is communication. Each client has different needs and desires and knowing what those are helps me to do my job best. From preparing your home to sell, to deciding where to live and how much you can afford can be an adventure at best but sometimes stressful. I enjoy helping clients from start to finish with all the details. My expertise at explaining the process from beginning to end, negotiating contract details, staying in contact, makes for a enjoyable, smooth transition for them. That is my goal with each individual client. Through the process many of my clients and I become friends and that is a wonderful compliment!
