Following a collision in a church parking lot, of all places, a neighbor and fellow church member recommended DMI Collision Center. Within two weeks, my car was back and more beautiful than when it was new. The staff and owner were friendly, yet professional. They were willing to take me home and pick me up again. They updated me on Tuesdays and Thursdays without fail. I could not be more pleased with the way I was treated, nor the way my vehicle was repaired. I recommend DMI Collision Center to everyone. These folks know their business and make it right for the customer.

My mom took her new Subaru Forester to DMI Collision Center as recommended by Heuberger Subaru in Motor City to fix some scratches in the door that she received in a Walmart parking lot. The scratches were pretty bad and she loves her new Subaru and couldn't stand the damage! DMI buffed out the scratches so you can't even see them anymore. We were afraid they would need to repaint the door and the cost would be high but they only charged a small amount and it looks like new again. She was very happy with the work and the friendly staff at DMI and would recommend them to anyone.

My car was sent there by the dealer to fix a minor paint issue. The car was dropped off on Monday evening and promised back on Thursday. It was not done on Thursday and would be done on Friday. This was also not the case and they wanted to keep the car until Monday afternoon because "they wanted to make sure it was perfect". I arrived Monday afternoon and a once solid color car was now two tone due to poor paint matching and would have to be completely re done. I finally got my car back on the following Thursday, 1 week later than promised. I then had to wait an additional hour while they buffed out all of the "fish eyes" in the paint. In their eyes the car was finished, even with all the blemishes. This should have been pointed out and fixed before I was ever called. The painter who was now buffing out the blemishes would periodically look back and give me "the stink eye" showing his displeasure in me pointing out flaws in his work. The job was good enough and I just wanted my car back. I later noticed a few weeks later that some of the less noticeable parts were not even clear coated. I later ended up paying out of pocket for another body shop to fix their shotty work. If you like your car or expect quality work don't go here!
