I called when my package arrived on Friday morning, 12/23/11 to see if I could come down and pick it up. They said that would be fine. Got there, everyone very pleasant in spite of busy holiday work. Could not get my box into my car, so they loaded it into one of their personal pickups and followed me back to my house and helped me get it into the garage! Awesome!
